Camino Life accepts payment with VISA and Mastercard. The amount will be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All prices are USD.
Caminolife.com encrypts all your card information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction.
Shipping and delivery
We send packages on all weekdays if your order arrives before 12.00 If we are out hiking, it might take a bit longer. In that case we will write a message to you.
Smaller goods like patches, neckwarmers and hammams will be sent as a regular letter with PostNord. Letters cannot be tracked. Larger goods will be shipped as packages with PostNord and can be tracked.
Right of complaint and refund
Contact us at email@example.com if you have a complaint and describe the problem as accurately as you can.
The right to complain applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. The right of complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect use of the product.
If your complaint is justified, we will cover the return costs by sending you a return label. You are responsible for ensuring that the item is packed properly.
If you need money back, the amount will be returned to the same card you used for the purchase.
Right of withdrawal and return
You have 14 days to cancel your purchase. We give a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop from the day you receive the order. If you regret your purchase, you must write an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of the purchase stating that you want to use your right of withdrawal. From the cancellation, you must return the item no later than 14 days after. You have to pay for the return shipping yourself.

You are responsible for ensuring that the item is packed properly. You can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but do not take it into actual use. If price tag or packaging is missing, we deduct 10 % from the value of the item in the amount we return.
